DSA and Complaints
Basic process for submitting and processing reports about potentially unlawful content.
Updated: April 19, 2026
1. Who Can Report
Users, rights holders, affected persons, and other reporters may submit complaints about potentially unlawful content by providing the material link and the reason for the complaint.
At this stage all reports go through the same public form so the service keeps one complaint log, one response window, and one enforcement history.
2. What Happens After Submission
A complaint is registered, linked to the material, and assigned for review when necessary.
Possible outcomes include rejection, temporary restriction, full removal, hiding from public listings, deactivating links, or other proportionate measures.
3. Transparency and Audit
The service aims to record the reason, date, responsible party, and final card status for each decision to support internal oversight.
Follow-up objections or repeat complaints are reviewed in the same case trail so the decision history remains connected.
4. Scope
This text describes the baseline complaint workflow and may be refined if the operator role, jurisdiction, or mandatory legal requirements change.
