How rights notices are submitted, reviewed, and enforced.

Updated: April 19, 2026

1. Submitting a Notice

A rights holder or authorized representative may send a notice through the public request form with the material URL, contact details, rights description, and legal basis for the request.

The request must include enough information for the operator to identify the disputed material and evaluate the claim.

2. Notice Handling

After receiving a sufficiently grounded notice, the operator may temporarily restrict access, hide the public card, disable embedded playback, and begin an internal review.

Actions are logged and tied to the relevant material and review history.

3. Counter-Notice and Repeat Violations

Where applicable law allows it, the service may consider a counter-notice or explanation from the uploader or rights holder before a final decision.

Accounts that repeatedly upload or promote disputed or clearly unlicensed content may face repeat-violation review and stronger restrictions.

4. Contact Path

Rights notices, removal requests, and follow-up explanations are accepted through the public request form on the site with a material link and contact email.

The operator may request extra information about rights, authority, or the disputed material before closing the case.
