Terms for viewers, creators, moderators, administrators, and rights holders using ero.st.

1. General Rules
ero.st is an 18+ service. Access and use are allowed only for adult users under the law that applies to them.
Users must use the service lawfully, in good faith, and only for purposes that do not violate third-party rights or partner, hosting, payment, or advertising rules.
2. Accounts and Access
Some features require registration. The user is responsible for protecting account credentials and for actions performed through the account.
The operator may limit access to an account, a section, or a material when security, policy, or legal risks require it.
- accounts must not be transferred to third parties without operator approval;
- the service must not be used to bypass restrictions, blocks, or moderation;
- if an account may be compromised, the password must be changed immediately.
3. Content and Licenses
Publishing, uploading, or linking media is allowed only when the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, performer consent, and age records exist where required.
ero.st is not intended for unlicensed, stolen, scraped, or reuploaded third-party adult content.
- user-submitted materials go through pre-moderation;
- licensed and external materials must keep a documented source;
- required attribution must remain where a license or provider requires it.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
The service may remove material from publication, hide it from public listings, disable embedded playback, restrict card access, or limit an account after a complaint or internal review.
Moderation decisions may consider rights, consent, 2257 obligations, source quality, spam signals, user complaints, and infrastructure-provider requirements.
5. Premium and External Sales
Premium status may affect access to specific materials or service sections.
The site does not process direct payments for 18+ materials, and any external sale or partner redirect must comply with provider rules, payment-channel rules, and applicable law.
6. Creators, Studios, and Partnerships
ero.st may operate a separate cooperation path for creators, studios, and rights holders. Participation requires identity review, rights verification, and a separate agreement.
Commercial publication, revenue sharing, or partner placement must not start before such verification and agreement cover the entire published catalog.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent external links, or error-free third-party storage, players, or sources.
The operator may change functionality, catalog structure, publication rules, or access policy without advance notice when security or compliance requires it.
