Age and rights verification policy

This page describes the service's internal moderation and compliance workflow. It does not replace a formal 2257 record-location statement where the law requires a separate notice with a named custodian and physical address.

The policy applies to user uploads, rights-holder submissions, external embeds, and other publication flows that pass through an editorial or moderation decision inside the platform.

Before publication, the service may require confirmation that all depicted persons are adults, that publication is lawful, that the material was not uploaded without consent, and that the submitter has sufficient rights or permission for hosting, linking, embedding, or other intended use.

Internal review may consider the source chain, chain of title, external provider status, complaint history, spam signals, signs of non-consensual publication, minor / CSAM risk, and other factors affecting legal or infrastructure risk.

The internal workflow may include source links, moderation outcomes, status history, decision notes, rights data, complaint trails, and, when necessary, sensitive supporting records stored separately from the public-facing site.

Sensitive age, identity, and rights records must not be exposed through public content cards, page descriptions, or other open surfaces of the service.

If a material receives a complaint involving copyright, privacy, non-consensual publication, minor risk, CSAM risk, spam, or another serious issue, the service may hide the card, restrict access, disable playback, move the material into a review queue, or remove it from publication pending review.

Repeat violations, false attestations, or failure to provide sufficient supporting information may lead to rejection, account-level scrutiny, or additional enforcement measures.
